We invite you to view the property. The date to view the property is arranged according to your preference, during the week or weekend, subject to availability. Our Estate Managers will greet you and show you through the property and answer any questions you may have.

Secure your dates

Once you’ve explored Hillbrook Estate, the next step is to secure your dates. Lock in your preferred wedding date to ensure availability and begin the journey to your dream wedding. Our team will guide you through the process, setting the stage for detailed planning and a perfect celebration.

Plan your wedding

The fun part! The wedding planning process begins! Read through our recommended vendors list to get you started. Our Hillbrook Estate Manager will provide guidance with a run sheet, where you specify in detail how you want your day to flow, along with a planning form to add all of your chosen vendors, and a checklist to make sure nothing is missed. Call us for support at any time in the lead-up to your wedding.

Finalise the details

Finalising all the details. Two months out from your wedding date, our Estate Manager will reach out to confirm all logistics and ensure that all your vendors are confirmed and briefed. This is also a great time to schedule another walk-through of the property if you wish. Any last-minute questions you have will be answered during this stage.

Checking in and getting married! Now is the time to immerse yourself in joy with your loved ones. Rest assured, our dedicated Hillbrook team will handle everything, coordinating all vendors and overseeing every detail of your special day until your check-out.
