When you book, you have it entirely to yourselves — the house, the land, the beach track through the pōhutukawa, the kitchen that becomes the centre of everything. For up to 20 guests. The house
The heart of Hillbrook is a welcoming 9-bedroom house nestled on a hilltop, providing breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.
The farm
Experience the perfect blend of luxury and nature. Our working farm, home to 100 dairy calves, features restored ponds, orchards, and permaculture practices, inviting you to connect deeply with nature.
The beach
Private access to a stunning white sandy Coromandel beach, a 15 minute walk from the main house through an ancient pohutukawa forest. The beach has a surf break and is great for fishing.

Being just 10 minutes north of Whangamata, Hillbrook offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience, providing easy access to local attractions while ensuring a peaceful retreat.
